Our Key Data

The beginning of Qualimetrie is located in the cradle of French distribution in Roubaix (France).

1987

Ghislain and Hughes Dalle, founders of the first Outlet in France, "L'Usine," decide to create Qualimetrie to measure and evaluate the reception in the 80 stores of this shopping center. Their first client is the Auchan group (Alcampo), which has just launched the SBAG (Smile, Hello, Goodbye, Thank you).

1992

Jean François Lepoutre joins the company to ensure national development with the signing of 30 brands and the launch of the Madrid office. Qualimetrie positions itself in measuring and animating teams and decides to follow brands in their international commercial development.

2005-2010

Qualimetrie begins a phase of diversification of its offer and sectors of activity. This is the period when Qualimetrie develops internationally with a network of partners in Europe and Asia.

2011-2016

The company's activity develops internationally with a network of partners in Europe and Asia. New offers are added to provide Qualimetrie's clients with a complete view of the Customer Experience. Revenue doubles in 5 years.

2017

Qualimetrie enters a new stage of growth. The company is acquired by Emeric Bayart and extends its presence and proximity in the European territory. The acquisition of the study company Kheolia enables Qualimetrie to establish its reputation in the world of Tourism and Leisure.

2023

The Start-Up CX First created by Qualimetrie in 2019 grows and signs its first Series A funding round for 1.5 million euros. Many projects are planned for the future. 💥
